Inventory

DiagWin collects approximately 3000 variables of inventory information in less than 20 seconds. The inventory information is broadly classified into hardware, software, and security information. It collects 31 different sections of information ranging from bare-metal details and user configuration to all software applications and updates installed on workstations.

Application and Patch Deployment

Using the Package Deployment Wizard, you can deploy Microsoft as well as non-Microsoft applications. DiagWin Professional includes several standard scripts and supports third-party scripts. You can also create custom scripts to handle any software updates, deployment, or maintenance routines. BOSS also offers custom scripting services to assist you with customizing DiagWin to suit your unique requirements. DiagWin Professional seamlessly integrates with Active Directory and SUS/WSUS, as well as all industry-standard tools and formats (MSI, Install Shield, Wise Install, Inno Setup) to roll out applications.

Software License Management

Reports

DiagWin Professional includes a robust report library. You can also design any type of report you need by using any industry-standard report writer. All data is stored in a Microsoft SQL relational database. The standard reports produce many charts and graphs, but the data also can be exported in CSV or text format to any other database, spreadsheet, or word processing software package.
